Sales Support, Assistant Manager
• Provide policy administrative supports and handling daily operation.
• Responsible for follow up works
• Supervise and provide direct instructions to team member to achieve the assigned tasks
• Closely work with other departments and liaise with insurance companies.
• Perform ad-hoc projects.
• Bachelor Degree in Business Studies or related disciplines.
• Minimum 3 years working experience with Insurance industry, Broker experience is an advantage.
• Good leadership skill and time management.
• Good inter-personal skill, detail-minded, proactive, able to work independently
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and good organizational skills.
• Excellent command of both written and spoken Chinese and English is a must.
